Accountant Officer
The Accountant Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations for Hands On Facility Nigeria Limited (H.O.F.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure timely submission to the finance manager
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations, including tax laws, audit requirements, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the company's budget, and provide regular reports on budget variances and financial performance
- Manage the company's cash flow, including cash receipts, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including verifying invoices and processing payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules,responding to audit queries, and implementing audit recommendations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and record-keeping activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and tax laws in Nigeria.

Garment Factory Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Garment Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our production operations and drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The Garment Factory Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse team of production staff, implementing efficient manufacturing processes, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the production team, including supervisors, production coordinators, machine operators, and other staff, to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the garment factory
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing production costs.
- Monitor production performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and other resources required for production.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all garments meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace, and promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and machinery, and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Manage employee performance, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting current and future production needs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, engineering, and logistics, to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless coordination across the organization.
Requirements:

Quality Control/Quality Assurance Officer
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Officer to join our team. The QC/QA Officer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our workwear products throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final product testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, including fabrics, threads, and accessories, to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues in real-time and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation, including inspection checklists, quality control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with external quality assurance teams and third-party inspectors to verify product quality and compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Conduct final inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards before shipping.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality standards to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints and returns, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to workwear manufacturing, and incorporate them into our quality management system.
Requirements:
- Experience in quality control/quality assurance roles within the textile or garment manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations applicable to workwear manufacturing, such as ISO 9001 etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and solve complex quality problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
